Owners of the Winner’s Dice may have encountered a rather obvious problem — Like where to hide the PK gimmick so that the prop looks organic. Personally, I have tried various types of glasses, and other materials — but nothing really appeared natural. I acquired this die box from a department store. It contained several die (for a Yahtzee games). I gimmicked the box by placing the right size (very thin) M —– in the bottom of the box and then covered it up with black felt.
With the gimmicked die in the box, the lid is closed and the box is shaken. I devised a way that when the box is opened by the spectator, you would have 1 chance in 6 for the selected number to appear. Said another way, the spectator would likely see different numbers. And this is what you what to demonstrate – that it’s just an ordinary box. But, you can make it land on the number you want every time. It’s so easy to do. No sleight of hand. And no one will have a clue that it’s a F—-. I will include instructions to show you how it’s done. You get the box with 4 matching die + instructions. You supply the “Winner’s Die”.
